Good care starts with the carer, if the carer is unhappy in their work then their clients may be affected. We don't run a complicated company, we the carers run the company. Profits are paid to the carers and are used to advance the organisation - not paid to teams of unnecessary office staff.
Started and managed by Amelia Bond, a carer herself, ameliorate aims to set the standard for care agencies across the country.
